Jorhdin is the mental performance coach for the Canadian Women’s Squash Team. Using the same strategies as she does with these athletes, Jorhdin can help you to optimize your potential in athletics, in relationships or to achieve your personal goals.

Jorhdin’s role is as a resource – a skilled person who can help you learn more about how to positively overcome obstacles in your life that hold you back.

Stress is one key obstacle to both performance and personal satisfaction and it can be successfully addressed.
Services include:

  • One-to-one counselling for individuals or couples.
  • Stress management sessions that can include progressive muscular relaxation, visualization, and diaphragmatic breathing training.
